The ideal candidates will work together to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires strong collaboration, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Journeyman Electricians:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Supervise and mentor Electrical Helpers.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members.

Electrical Helpers:

• Assist Journeyman Electricians with tasks.
• Prepare and clean work areas.
• Follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Learn and develop skills.
• Perform basic tasks like measuring and cutting wire.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

Journeyman Electricians:

• 5-10 years of experience or equivalent education.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• Excellent customer-relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous electrical experience.

Electrical Helpers:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Physical ability to perform tasks.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of electrical codes (for Journeyman Electricians).
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with electrical tools.
