QLM is seeking an experienced Permitting Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring project compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate the entire permitting process for commercial and government projects.
- Communicate with city, county, state, and federal agencies to obtain required permits and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Track and manage permit applications, addressing any issues or delays.
- Review construction documents for permit accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain strong relationships with permitting authorities and regulatory agencies.
- Assist in preparing documentation for government contracts and RFPs.
