Overview: As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be a key player in connecting retailers with brand programs via our innovative solutions. Your focus will be on customer outreach, program enrollment, and assisting in the setup of dealer Facebook Business Pages. You will drive retailer engagement through outbound sales tactics, helping to build lasting relationships and grow revenue. This role requires collaboration with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful program integration.

Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other CRM tools
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively, especially under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing solutions
- Adaptable and coachable with a willingness to learn new processes
- Comfortable working independently while meeting established performance goals
- Prospecting & Lead Qualification: Drive a consistent flow of qualified demos through proactive outreach (phone, email, social media)
- High-Volume Outreach: Use calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify leads
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on products and services to effectively address client needs
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and accounts in CRM
- Strategic Account Targeting: Create and prioritize lists of potential accounts within defined industries
- Consultative Selling: Analyze customer needs and position solutions to align with their goals
- Objection Handling: Address client concerns and emphasize company value proposition
- Product Demos: Schedule qualified product demonstrations for the Account Executive team
