Job Overview

Lead organizational change initiatives for large-scale digital and process transformations, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management

• Develop and implement change management plans, communication campaigns and training programs
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and tailor engagement approaches
• Identify and mitigate risks, championing a culture of continuous improvement
  
  

Collaboration and Communication

• Work with project managers, IT professionals, business leaders and shop floor employees
• Provide guidance on change management best practices
• Communicate effectively across all levels, building strong relationships
  
  

Analysis and Evaluation

• Monitor and evaluate change management effectiveness
• Gather feedback and inform ongoing improvement efforts
  
  
  

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  
  

Certifications

• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred
  
  
  

Experience

• 5-10 years of organizational change experience
• Proven track record in complex, technology-driven environments (SAP experience a plus)
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  
  
  

Skills

• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training database management
