Key Responsibilities
Change Management
- Develop and implement change management plans, communication campaigns and training programs
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and tailor engagement approaches
- Identify and mitigate risks, championing a culture of continuous improvement
- Work with project managers, IT professionals, business leaders and shop floor employees
- Provide guidance on change management best practices
- Communicate effectively across all levels, building strong relationships
- Monitor and evaluate change management effectiveness
- Gather feedback and inform ongoing improvement efforts
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred
- 5-10 years of organizational change experience
- Proven track record in complex, technology-driven environments (SAP experience a plus)
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training database management
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring and technology
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
