This role supports the Plant Finance Manager, providing financial analysis and recommendations for the Russellville Plant and Supply Chain Finance. Responsibilities include cost accounting, general accounting, financial systems, and leading small teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze labor, material usage, product costs, and overhead expenses.
- Contribute to monthly forecasts and annual financial planning.
- Support month-end close, resolve issues, and manage variances.
- Partner with operations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis for new projects and capital requests.
- Assist with audits and provide ad-hoc analysis.
