Chemical Site HSE & Process Safety Manager

Location : Proctor, WV

Salary : Up to $120K base

Role Overview :

  • Short-term : Ensure safety compliance in construction (heavy lifts, hot work, fire safety).
  • Long-term : Oversee site HSE & process safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Preferred : CSP, CIH, or equivalent certification.
  • 8 years of HSE & process safety experience in chemical / manufacturing.
  • Expertise in OSHA, EPA, PSM, and risk assessments (HAZOP, FMEA).

    • Working Conditions :

  • Site-based with occasional travel.
  • On-call for emergency response.
