- Responsibilities include maintaining payroll data, completing payroll software processing requirements, and acting as the lead payroll contact for system tests and upgrades
- The role also involves preparing payroll related reports, supporting management staff by creating custom query reports, and making initial assessments of pay practice interpretations
- The candidate is expected to support all internal and external audit requests/requirements, and actively participate in the Human Resource Information System team
- Job functions include processing bi-weekly payroll, completing all payroll regulatory reporting, assuming a lead role within the Payroll team, participating in the HRIS team, and acting as lead payroll contact for system maintenance, upgrades, and testing
- Minimum qualification is a 2 Year Associate's Degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of computerized payroll experience and comprehensive knowledge of federal state regulatory requirements is required.
