You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, ensure seamless integration with other systems, and maintain data integrity. We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to manage and customize our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, ensure seamless integration with other systems, and maintain data integrity. Additionally, you'll provide support and training to end-users, monitor system performance, and stay updated on Salesforce best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translate into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless collaboration and data flow between Salesforce and other system
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, data management, security settings, custom objects, fields, and record types
- Customize Salesforce through configuration, flow, process automation, validation rules, and custom development as required
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and data quality; implement data cleansing and deduplication strategies
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and conducting workshops to promote system adoption
- Keep abreast of Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement
- Participate in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new Salesforce applications and integrations
- Primary point of contact with Salesforce support, manage escalations and resolve critical issues
- Assist in developing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar Salesforce certifications
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, data management, flows, customization, and platform maintenance, including user setup, security settings, custom objects, fields, and record types.
- Experience owning and delivering on large-scale CRM projects
- Experience gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Solid understanding of CRM principles, business processes, and workflows
- Author basic Apex triggers and classes
