Position Description :
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Regional Director I to oversee our Region 4 branches in Iowa & Nebraska . This person will sit at one of our Region 4 Locations : Des Moines, Davenport, Mason City, Charles City, Waterloo, Marshalltown, Grinnell, Cedar Rapids, Fairfield, Burlington, and Lincoln. This person will direct the overall operations of the region, providing guidance to next-level leaders, ensuring efficient and effective operations, while leading your team members to execute the company initiatives.
This is a permanent full-time, internal opportunity with QPS. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 1st shift, and must be flexible to work 40-45 hours a week, coming in early or staying late if needed. The Regional Director will report directly to the Executive VP of Field Operations.
