Position Title : Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Salary : $58,240-$62,400 per year

Shift : 1st

Hours : 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm

QPS Employment Group has a great Maintenance Technician position available at a company in Rockford, IL. This is a 1st shift, direct hire position. This company specializes in manufacturing fiberglass poles used in golf flags, utility handles (brooms, rakes, etc.), and is expanding into fiberglass rebar for residential and structural construction.

Maintenance Technician Requirements :

  • 7 years of maintenance experience.
  • Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge.
  • Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Preventive maintenance (PM) experience.
  • Welding & fabrication (a plus).
  • Electrical experience (a plus, but not required).
