Packaging Operator Responsibilities :
- Set up and run bagging and cartoning machines
- Help maintain equipment by doing a general inspection of equipment, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting and reporting any repair needs to supervisor
- Conduct testing
- Record data at required intervals
- Make necessary changes to equipment to achieve efficiency and quality standards
- Record lot numbers for traceability purposes
- Maintain clean work area
- Conduct changeover to prepare for the next product run
Requirements for Packaging Operator :
- Ability to lift up 50lbs
- Ability to read / write English effectively
- Ability to work in warm environments
