Position Title : Production
Wage : $18.50- $22.50 per hour, based on Shift shift premiums
Shift / Hours :
1st Shift : Monday- Friday; 7 : 00 AM -3 : 15 PM
2nd Shift : Monday- Friday; 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 15 PM
3rd Shift : Sunday- Thursday; 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 15 AM
4th Shift : Friday- Sunday; 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
5th Shift : Friday- Sunday; 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Production Team. As a Production team member, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing and packaging of high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Production Responsibilities :
- Prepare raw materials by removing packaging and ensuring correct quantities are fed into machinery per specifications
- Monitor product quality, inspecting for defects, mold, or foreign substances, and perform necessary cleaning or segregation
- Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment, including performing changeovers, sanitation, and basic maintenance as required
- Conduct in-process quality checks and accurately complete required documentation
- Operate production and packaging equipment, including manual and electric pallet jacks
- Inspect finished products, box, palletize, and scan for accurate tracking and processing
- Maintain stock of necessary supplies and ingredients for continuous production flow
