Summary: Quality Process Services is seeking a Business Development Representative for a privately held but growing company in the Oil and Gas service industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with current clients, and promoting all of QPS services, which include, Instrumentation and Electrical, Valve/Actuator/PSV’s, Contract Operational Personnel and Pigging Products. This role requires a self -motivated individual with strong communication skills, a Team player attitude and proven track record in Business Development.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Determining market strategies & goals for each product and service
- Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities for all of QPS services.
- Researching and developing lists of potential customers
- Following up on sales leads and making cold calls on potential customers
- Maintain existing customers and continue to regular calls on them
- Developing sales and marketing proposals for customers on technical products & services
- Able to conduct presentations to new and existing customers on all of QPS services.
- Making regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads
- Establishing long-term, ongoing repeat relationships
- Acting to close deals & finalize contacts
- Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner
- Monitoring, analyzing, & communicating monthly sales data to contribute to product/service planning
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines, as well as experience and judgment, to perform the functions of this job.
- This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our business.
Business Development Representative Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
2-4 years of sales experience in Oil and Gas.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously.
Required to do bi-weekly sales reports.
Specialized knowledge, critical skills and competencies: Reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
