What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Coordinator position at QSAC 01/13/2023?
- Maintain Windows Active Directory Services by creating users, groups and GPO’s. Frequently reset passwords, change group memberships, create new users, terminate existing accounts, and update user information in both Active Directory and Google Workspace.
- Ensure data security by managing permissions to groups, files, folders, etc.
- Assign and/or route salesforce-based helpdesk tickets as needed
- Assist users and departments with technology installations, deployments and ongoing Training.
- Setup and/or move users, workstations, I.T. equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot a wide variety of Network issues.
- Provide software and hardware support to end-users both in person and remotely.
- Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis.
- Manage Google Workspace services for domain
- Update and maintain all PC’s and hardware as directed
- Install, configure, repair and maintain Tablets (iPads, Android, etc)
- Punctuality and regular attendance is expected.
- Commitment to company values and adherence to policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products; Advanced Excel and Word skills
- Knowledge of routing and firewalls.
- Knowledge of Remote Desktop Protocol
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Microsoft MCP, A-Plus or Network Plus or similar Certification.
- Experience with data entry, auditing and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Valid drivers license required
- Ability to travel throughout NYC and Long Island
- Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
