Fleet Installation Specialist

Summary:
QSI, Inc., a banking equipment installation & service company, is looking for a Fleet Installation Specialist. This full-time position is based in the Bardstown, KY area but may require limited travel to surrounding areas. The primary role of this position is to upfit & install all fleet vehicles with decals, security systems, etc., but may include delivering and/or picking up vehicles as well. A QSI vehicle is provided for all travel.

Other duties include:

• Installing camera systems, and other miscellaneous equipment including, power inverters, GPS devices, toll passes, hithes, etc.
• Placing decals on fleet vehicles
• Getting vehicles ready for new drivers, including preparing with tools and part stock
• Ensuring all vehicles have license plates, fuel cards, insurance cards, etc.
• Provide technical support to drivers experiencing any issues with Fleet upfit items by diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, & system issues.
• Clean out and strip old vehicles for turn-in
• Pickup/drop-off vehicles for maintenance appointments
• General vehicle maintenance, as needed

Job Requirements

• Ability to sit and stand for continuous period of time.
• Ability to push/pull 75 pounds.

Candidates must possess:

• Ability to interact with others in a positive and professional manner.
• Ability to communicate and explain job details with the Fleet team.
• Ability to work safely with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00

Experience:

• General fleet maintenance experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
