Position Summary:
A rapidly growing multi-state restaurant group is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis. This executive role drives profitability, supports growth initiatives, and ensures financial compliance. The VP will collaborate with leadership to optimize financial performance and guide business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth.
- Deliver financial insights and identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Lead financial reporting, audits, and compliance efforts.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable analysis.
- Implement internal controls and safeguard assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
- 10 years in financial leadership, preferably in restaurants or hospitality.
- Strong experience in P&L management, financial systems, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
