Job Title: Actimize Developer
Location: Woodbridge Township NJ
Duration: Full Time
Must Haves:
- Need someone with Actimize, ActOne/RCM, ActOne/RCM Java plugin development, experience writing code in Java application and knowledge of Java memory model
- Provide technical consultation and support in the development of computer applications and programs.
- Analyze business requirements, design and write technical specifications to design or redesign computer solutions.
- Develop original and/or complex code or provide coding guidance to less experienced staff.
- Lead and/or perform analysis efforts.
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
- Contribute to large scale planning of test strategies.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
- Verify program logic with good quality test data, unit testing and debugging of programs.
- Participate in overall systems testing. Help in the migration of applications to production.
- Help with new documentation, participate in the development of department technical procedures and user guides.
- Help in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.
- Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversee updating and testing of the business continuation plan.
- Involve design, coding, and configuration management of Actimize Case Manager applications.
- Be responsible for unit testing and peer reviews of custom solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience using NICE Actimize Case Management solution development (ActOne / RCM)
- Hands on experience of ActOne/RCM Java plugin development
- Experience writing code in Java application and knowledge of Java memory model
- Experience in 12-factor and Cloud Native patterns
- Cloud experience such as AWS, Azure, PCF etc.
- Experience with Test Frameworks, Capabilities & Tools: such as Junit, TestNG, Selenium, Test Driven Development (TDD); Behavioural Driven Development (BDD): Cucumber/Gherkin
- Experience with CI/CD implementation, configuration management and orchestration tools: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions
- Experience with database platforms like Mongo, Oracle DB, SQL Server, etc.
- Experience in Kafka
- Working in an Agile environment
