What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Administrator / Command Center Analyst - AM shift position at QTC Company?
Leidos QTC Health Services is hiring a Systems Administrator / Command Center Analyst to be responsible for supporting the LQTC Command Center, monitoring IT infrastructure and applications. This particular position is primarily for supporting weekends and holidays and also functions as the primary escalation liaison between various support teams within the technology division.
Shift Schedule :
- Four days a week, 10 hours each day, plus lunch break
- Normal work days are Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
- On weeks when there is a holiday, you will be expected to work the holiday and swap either the Monday or Tuesday of that week for your holiday
- Consult the QTC Holiday calendar for the list of company holidays which you are expected to work
- The shift will start at 6 : 00 AM Eastern time
- The work day will be 10 hours; if you take a 30-minute lunch break, the day will end at 4 : 30 PM (Eastern); if you take a one hour lunch break, the day will end at 5 : 00 PM (Eastern)
