Salary Range: $67,000 - $81,500 with up to 7% bonus eligibility (paid quarterly)

Job Summary:

Leidos QTC Health Services is hiring Contract Compliance Specialists. This role drives the processes to conduct and facilitate subcontracted facility OSHA ADA compliance efforts on behalf of Leidos QTC. The Contract Compliance Specialist validates Audits and photos to ensure compliance and works to remediate if compliance items are not met. The Contract Compliance Specialist works to identify any trends within the provider landscape to better prepare the contracting teams at initial discussion.

  • This job is primarily remote with travel to Leidos QTC Health Services clinics as needed.

In this rewarding role, you will:

  • Facilitate in Person audits with the internal teams, and communicating with both internal and external providers to arrange the visits.
  • Facilitate outreach and guidance to providers for the administrative desk audits
  • Analyze and interpret documentation received from the in person audits as well as the administrative desk audits
  • Clearly document audit findings and work with PRA team if additional support is needed from the in person visits, as well as working with providers that require additional follow ups for the administrative desk audits
  • Provide feedback and education as appropriate depending on findings both internally and externally
  • Conduct ad hoc audits as requested by Internal leaders or VA
  • Assist leadership with audit information for internal or external Compliance reviews
  • Stay abreast of relevant OSHA, ADA and VA guidelines
  • May be required to travel to also support with site inspections, audits and other meetings as determined by leadership
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Competencies:

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time or as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
  • Data Analysis: Extensive experience in collecting and analyzing data.
  • OSHA ADA Knowledge: Understanding of OSHA ADA regulations.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills
  • Excellent computer and analytical skills

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 3 - 5 years of progressive compliance experience within the government services industry, the healthcare industry, or related industry, with minimum of 1 year of experience in provider network management in areas such as contracting, relations, or OSHA ADA compliance
  • Must possess a Valid U. S. Driver’s License
  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

Pay and Benefits:

Salary Range: $67,000 - $81,500 with up to 7% bonus eligibility (paid quarterly)
