Job Summary : As an integral member of our team, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the project manager by facilitating the development, coordination, and successful implementation of all tasks.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage email correspondence, with a focus on prioritizing red alerts.
- Maintain and update Excel trackers to ensure accurate project monitoring.
- Proactively send reminders and requests to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct follow-ups on incomplete tasks and report deficiencies for timely resolution.
- Review and audit various construction-related reports for accuracy.
- Prepare for and actively participate in meetings, contributing valuable insights.
- Facilitate preparations for departmental construction activities, including :
Generating construction documents.
