Who You Are :

You are the creative force behind QTS’s visual storytelling. Your passion for producing high-quality, emotionally resonant multimedia assets is the heartbeat of our brand. As a pivotal member of the Brand Marketing team, you seamlessly collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring the QTS story to life.

The Impact You Will Have :

You bring a robust video production skillset—from pre-production to post-production—with work ranging from interview-based storytelling to punchy motion graphics for social.

You are an innovative storyteller, driven by a love for crafting video, graphical, and interactive content that captivates and motivates audiences. Your expertise spans the latest techniques and technologies, ensuring every piece of media you create is of the highest quality.

What You Will Do :

• Think creatively and produce marketing, product, sales, and customer testimonial videos following brand standards.
• Work with the marketing team to create a vision and conceive designs for innovative videos to promote QTS.
• Plan, produce, and edit videos, from conception to final product, including the development of storyboards, shot lists, on-site personnel coordination, sound editing, and graphical elements.
• Produce motion graphics including text animations, special effects, 2D and 3D images for use in all marketing materials including web and digital displays.
• Ensure brand alignment across all projects.
• Recommend enhancements to QTS’s video media content, including production, placement techniques, approaches, tools, and equipment.
• Organize, manage, and curate QTS’s digital media library.
• Provide support, formatting, production, distribution, and placement for QTS videos.
• Work with the team to ensure vendor-driven assets are consistent with internally created assets.
