Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Associate
QUAD is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate for our private, national Plymouth Meeting, PA client. Hybrid work environment.
The Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate will be responsible for overseeing organizational accounts payable and receivable functions. Recent graduates with internship/co-op experience encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
The Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate will be responsible for:
- Obtaining approvals, entering invoices, and ensuring accurate coding and batching in a high volume environment
- Maintaining employee and vendor records as well as accounts payable and receivable reports
- Regularly communicating with vendors
- Performing accounts receivable balances and activity reconciliation
- Communicating with customers regarding outstanding receivables and providing aging reports
- Performing account issues research, providing inquiries responses, and ensuring transactions issues resolutions
- Reviewing aging reports receivables approval
- Preparing credit memos and completing payments reconciliations
Skills/Competencies:
The ideal Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate will possess these skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 months to 2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience
- NetSuite experience is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team oriented environment
