Accounts Receivable Specialist
QUAD is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for an organization located in the Bensalem, PA area. Hybrid after training; local candidates only.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for client deductions review, research, and resolution.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Overseeing and handling all client deductions process, including shipping claims, product returns, promotional discounts, pricing, rebates, and freight
- Collaborating with various internal teams
- Identifying incoming deductions trends and proposing courses of action
- Assisting with claims research and monitoring deductions
Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- 3 years accounts receivable experience, with emphasis on deductions
- Excel proficiency including vlookups and pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer portals and MS Dynamics 365 system experience a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, collaborative environment
Additional Details:
Employment type: Direct hire
Salary: To $70k bonus OT
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
