QUAD is immediately seeking an Analyst – Real Estate for a REIT ‘s Asset Management division located in the Villanova, PA area. In office position. Ideal candidates should possess commercial or multifamily financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities :

The Analyst – Real Estate will be responsible for :

• Liaising with asset management and operations teams
• Regularly communicating with property managers and accountants
• Assisting with operating efficiencies improvements
• Monitoring portfolio performance metrics
• Assisting with investor presentation and reports
• Performing new property operating platforms evaluation aimed at cash flow and valuations improvements
• Supporting new properties acquisition process and onboarding
• Completing current and potential acquisitions market research
• Performing portfolio assets risk assessments
