We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker or licensed real estate agent that can obtain their Brokers license to join our well established real estate company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate markets, laws, recruiting, training, experience with the Bright MLS system coupled with exceptional sales and management skills. skills. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for guiding agents through the buying, selling, and transaction processes while providing expert advice and support. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. There is flexibility as to allow the Broker to handle their own personal sales. Duties
- Assist agents in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and property values.
- Prepare contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Prepare and present training programs with agents for listings, marketing materials and client retention.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.
- Manage property listings on various platforms and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing agent and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively.
- Work directly with the Broker of Record/Owner to understand the needs and constant requirements to ensure success.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with the local market is needed.
- Licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for agents and clients effectively.
- Strong understanding of real estate law, market dynamics, and administrative processes related to real estate transactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing documentation and client communications.
- Computer experience is needed along with social media skills are helpful.
- Outstanding customer service skills that foster positive relationships with clients.
