Collections and AR Analyst
QUAD is seeking a Collections and AR Analyst for an organization located in the Bensalem, PA area. Hybrid work environment once trained. Local candidates only.
The Collections and AR Analyst will be responsible for supporting Accounts Receivable with payment applications, reconciliations, and past due balances collection activities.
Responsibilities of the Collections and AR Analyst:
- Communicating with customers to obtain open accounts receivable payments
- Collaborating with various personnel on customer shipments expedition
- Managing daily monitoring of accounts receivable reports and credit holds
- Processing allowed payment deductions
- Providing accounts receivable with ad hoc analysis
- Reviewing account aging and providing customer specific information to management
- Documenting collection activity
- Researching discrepancies
Requirements
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree a plus, not required
- B2B collections experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Dynamics365
- Strong in excel including pivot tables and vlookups
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent analytical abilities
Additional Details:
Employment type: Direct hire
Salary: To $70k bonus OT
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
