Job Description:
As an Operations Specialist at QUAD, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment advisor client in the Plymouth Meeting area.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment operations and excellent communication skills. This is a newly created role that will be responsible for supporting public securities mandates and data infrastructure build out, as well as ensuring accurate client accounts investment per mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the investment management team to incorporate investment ideas into various portfolio strategies
- Performing trade calculations and execution across accounts
- Supporting team members with Advent Black Diamond implementation and establishing best practices
- Monitoring investment portfolio allocations and custodian and third-party reconciliation services
- Ensuring accuracy of client reporting in collaboration with the client services team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Trade settlement/asset management operations experience
- Experience with portfolio management and reporting systems (Advent Axys or Black Diamond preferred)
- Knowledge of Order Management Systems, cost analysis, and data reconciliation
- Ability to effectively liaison with custodians
