Senior VP of Sales and Marketing
to join their
Millville, NJ
team.
Senior VP of Sales and Marketing
will be responsible for new sales bookings, marketing strategies, departmental budgeting, and accounts expansion, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities : Developing resource requirements, budget, growth plan, and return on investment explanationCultivating understanding of market strategy and research to develop prime positioning, product, and priceCreating and implementing compensation and incentive programsDesigning and ensuring consistent use of KPI dashboards aimed at growth plan and goals alignmentOverseeing CRM system managementCultivating and maintaining strong customer relationshipsCollaborating with Operations and Quality departmentsReporting progress, data, and updates
Skills / Competencies : 10 years sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, that includes budgeting and data managementManufacturing industry experience strongly preferredAbility to work effectively both independently as well as in a team oriented environmentStrong communication skillsStrong attention to detailMicrosoft Office and sales software proficiency
