Real Estate Valuations Analyst
Our Radnor area client is seeking a Real Estate Valuations Analyst to join their organization.
The Real Estate Valuations Analyst will be responsible for valuations of underlying assets held in the client’s portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting financial analysis related to real estate assets valuation
- Regularly communicating with various internal stakeholders
- Working with discounted cash flow, market multiple, and IRR calculations models
- Completing financial analysis for planning on forecasting returns, portfolio analysis, and cash and capital
- Assisting with investor and lender reporting materials preparation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years portfolio management, valuations, or accounting experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency, with emphasis on performance analysis understanding and preparation
- Argus preferred
- Strong modeling skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
