As a Strategic Benefits Account Director at QUAD, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service quality of a book of business focused on large market space (250-12k in lives). This includes designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of employer-sponsored benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic planning to meet their evolving needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive client strategies, incorporating insights from market trends, legislative changes, and industry best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all benefits-related matters, including open enrollment, renewals, and complex customer service issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting client expectations, and driving business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with compliance requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s, and Health Care Reform, providing expert guidance to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (strongly preferred)
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License
- Proven experience in managing a book of business and leading client-facing teams
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze complex data
- Ability to travel to client sites in the region
