Vice President of Chemical Manufacturing Sales
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Vice President of Chemical Manufacturing Sales in Quakertown, PA.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of chemical engineering experience, as well as commercial sales experience and business development from the chemical manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategy and profit objectives for two unionized business units with up to $100m in revenue.
- Lead sales efforts and identify sales pipeline opportunities.
- Support R&D activities and generate marketing activities reports.
- Resolve quality issues and optimize business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Business, or Engineering; MBA a plus.
- 10 years chemical engineering experience.
- Sales and business development experience within the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
