QUAD is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a food manufacturer located in New Brunswick, NJ .

The Warehouse Manager must possess hands on warehouse management experience, ERP and warehouse management systems proficiency, and demonstrated experience with process improvement implementation. Food manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities :

• Act as warehouse management systems and ERP functions SME
• Create and maintain SOPs and cycle counting programs
• Drive continuous inventory improvements
• Oversee accuracy of inventory metrics through regular analysis and process enhancement
• Utilize ERP / WMS tools to implement inventory control techniques
• Develop and execute WMS and ERP reconciliation processes
• Oversee all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and fulfillment
• Manage warehouse team training and performance management
