About the Position
We are seeking a part-time Clinical Psychologist licensed in Illinois to join our team. This position involves administering a variety of psychological tests, with a focus on diagnosing autism and ADHD in children and adults. Our psychological testing services have proven to be in high demand, presenting a wonderful opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist looking for a part-time position that affords a comfortable work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Begin and complete 2 to 3 psychological tests per week: personality, cognitive, diagnostic, 2nd opinions, etc.
- Competently conduct and interpret a variety of tests, such as the ADI-R, MMPI-3, WAIS-IV, ASRS, SRS-2, Conners 4, CAARS-2, and the ABAS-3.
- Timely prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Collaborate with team members on clinical matters and consultation.
- Light marketing (i.e., occasional social media posts).
- Submit prior authorization requests in a timely manner as needed.
- Conduct clinical supervision with a supervisee if necessary.
- Adhere to all professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Clinical Psychology license.
- Strong clinical experience in testing and assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Extensive experience in diagnosing neurodevelopmental disorders is preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- 60% of the revenue generated from your services.
- Hourly rate for mandatory meetings: $20 - $22.

This position has the possibility of becoming a full-time position, which may include benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, and financial assistance toward maintaining your licensure.
QCBHA will be responsible for:
- Credentialing and paneling with insurance networks.
- Scheduling, billing and handling claim issues.
- Group liability and malpractice insurance.
- Marketing your services.
- Purchasing test materials.
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
