What are the responsibilities and job description for the Postal Solutions Strategic Analyst position at Quad?
The Postal Solutions Strategic Analyst will play a crucial role in consulting and advising on a diverse range of Postal Solutions offerings. This position involves gathering and analyzing data to evaluate and establish estimates and deliverables, as well as supporting various projects. The analyst will assess customer data performance and collaborate with the Postal Optimization Team on analysis for RFPs and renewals. Additionally, they will serve as a key resource for managing pricing models, price levels, and other technical enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Postal analysis for Pega requests, including RFPs and renewals
- Track client postal performance across all optimization strategies
- Evaluate client volumes, frequency of mailings, and postal performance
- Internally consult and advise on a wide variety of Postal Solutions offerings
- Understand and interpret USPS' rules and regulations as they pertain to client and production needs
- Assist in technical analysis of potential solutions regarding mailing process and procedure
Job Requirements
Education : Bachelor's Degree
Experience : A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a postal solutions related position and an understanding of the postal industry and how it impacts Quad and our clients.
