We are seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator to join our team at the Quad East Coast Supercenter in Westampton, NJ.
About the Role
This position involves operating the HP Indigo 12000 digital press and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printing, particularly with digital presses, and be able to troubleshoot equipment issues.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Additionally, they will be able to analyze and correct drying/curing problems and recommend optimal strategies for efficient use of materials and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of printing experience, preferably with digital presses
- Expertise in AQ (aqueous/water-based) and UV coaters
- Strong understanding of four-color process printing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
