Hybrid schedule, 3-day minimum in office required
Reports to : AVP, Client Engagement
Key Relationships :
Internal : Executive Leadership , Client Engagement, Operations, Project Management Office (PMO), Integrations / Development, Product Management and Training teams
External : Client Executive Management and their support teams

Commission
Provide management and mentorship to our client engagement team managing the relationship and partnership with our clients. direction, mentorship, and will encompass strategic management of client’s revenue cycles in collaboration with our client engagement team.
Oversight of client’s revenue cycles / accounts receivable to maximize client reimbursement (utilizing tools from the Reimbursement Strategy team)
Review issue-risk analysis to determine root cause and solution
Collaborate with internal management on enhancements and bug / fixes for product management and systems review
Provide support and guidance to the Client Engagement Managers / s to ensure expected billing / revenue outcomes.

Manage and Maintain Partnership with the Client
Consult with clients on best practices, client specific billing requirements, industry trends / changes, and compliance matters.
Act as a liaison between external and internal teams
Review monthly invoices,
Review forecasting, and profit / loss
Comprehension and application of contract / service agreements fees and terms.
Monitor and report client satisfaction and escalate risks, as appropriate.
Expand reimbursement services offered to Clients.
Responsible to inform Client Engagement leadership via weekly summary readouts including Impacts to risk, relationship, revenue, strategy, projects, timelines, and performance of client

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in business, or other related field preferred, an advanced degree a plus. An of equivalent five years experience in a related field may be considered.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships / customer service / success
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
Logical thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and other project management tools is a plus.
Working knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement, government payer, and managed care industry a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
General Requirements :
Physical Demands : General office demands including sitting and / or standing for long periods of time. Dexterity with general office equipment including but not limited to keyboard, mouse, and calculator. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines while adapting to a changing atmosphere. The employee will be expected to make judgement decisions, grasp new ideas, and communicate with various employees and clients at all levels.
Travel Requirement :
Minimal travel may be required for off-site client visits and / or conference attendance.
