Deliver innovative mailing, shipping, and parcel solutions that include postage meters, folder / inserters, printers, software applications, and parcel lockers. At Quadient, we exist to help organizations simplify the connection between their customers and what matters most. From mortgage approvals, medical results, and insurance claims to accounts receivables, invoices and inbound packages. Your role in our future
- Install, upgrade, and service equipment onsite, including hardware and software configuration.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment functionality.
- Train and guide customers on proper operation, maintenance, and usage of products.
- Collaborate with customers to understand needs, provide solutions, and recommend additional products or services.
- Perform routine maintenance and manage the stock of replacement parts and tools.
- Document technical issues for escalation and keep clients informed on progress during service calls.

This position has an hourly pay range of :
17.69-$26.54
