Your role in our future
The Sales Enablement Manager (SEM) supports the adoption of sales processes and methodologies in the assigned region, collaborating closely with field sales and leadership teams to ensure sales, marketing, and coaching efforts align with current market needs. This role focuses on driving sales performance through training, coaching, and field support.
- Partner with the Director of Sales Enablement and local leadership to improve sales team performance.
- Facilitate the adoption of Business Impact Coaching (BIC) & Business Impact Selling (BIS) methodologies to enhance sales skills such as account access, discovery, opportunity generation, and business case delivery.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs, including scenario-based role plays and product certifications.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, both 1:1 and in group settings (virtual and on-site), to ensure continuous learning and skill development.
- Collaborate with marketing, channel partners, and product teams to identify and address training needs.
- Ensure effective use of sales tools and technologies, including Salesforce.
- Support regional and national sales meetings, workshops, and webinars.
- Travel regularly within the region and occasionally nationally.
Your profile
- 2 years of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of success and familiarity with sales processes.
- Strong understanding and application of Business Impact Selling methodology.
- Data-driven with experience using sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or mentorship, either internally or externally.
- Continuously learning and adapting to new strategies, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others succeed.

This position has a target base salary of:
$85,000.00and annual commission target of:
