What You'll Do:
Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
ADP Workforce Now Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records within ADP Workforce Now, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status.
- Generate reports and analyze data from ADP Workforce Now to support HR initiatives.
- Provide support to employees and managers regarding ADP Workforce Now functionality.
- Troubleshoot ADP related issues.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system setup, trainings and orientation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records.
Employee Relations:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee events and programs.
- Maintain confidential employee files and records.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist with benefits enrollment and administration.
- Answer employee questions regarding benefits plans.
- Maintain benefits records.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance reporting.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for all aspects of HR administration, including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and reporting.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assisting with HR projects.
