MUST :
3 years of Power BI experience
Monitoring ETL processes and resolving errors
Managing Power BI environment and Snowflake Database
Developing dashboards, models and Data Analysis tools
Ensuring data quality
PowerBI development capabilities including semantic models, visualizations and automation
Knowledge of the wider Microsoft Fabric ecosystem preferred
Experience with Snowflake and SQL
Comfortable assisting staff with technical issues
Tracking and sending out equipment to staff
Type of employee who is happy to pitch in as needed
Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree (if not will consider candidates with at least 7 years of experience)
DUTIES :
The duties of the Power BI-Tech Support candidates include but are not limited to the following :
Provide day-to-day helpdesk support to in-office and remote employees on a variety of routine hardware and software issues
Coordinate with outside vendors for escalated support needs
Maintain and track equipment and prepare for new employees
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective (configure laptops, order cellphones, manage software licenses and installs).
Manage the Company s PowerBI Environment and Snowflake Database :
Monitor ETL processes and resolve errors timely
Manage existing PowerBI apps and dashboards
Ensure data quality
Identify, troubleshoot and report issues
Develop Dashboards, Models and Data Analysis tools
Build or update semantic models as needed
Manage user access and security
Create and deliver training on new / updated reports to colleagues and customers
Provide training documentation
Troubleshoot user access issues
Track and maintain computers and technical equipment
Send out equipment to employees
