We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and drive high-impact programs across multiple teams and functions. In this role, you will manage complex, large-scale technical initiatives, provide leadership to cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that meet organizational objectives. With your extensive technical expertise, outstanding communication, and problem-solving skills, you will be a key contributor to the success of our programs and overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end technical programs that span multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Partner with engineering, product management, and other key stakeholders to define program requirements, scope, and success metrics.
- Drive the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies for highly complex technical initiatives.
- Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Identify, manage, and resolve program-level challenges, including resource allocation, interdependence, and technical roadblocks.
- Advocate for process improvements and establish best practices to optimize program management efficiency and outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior program managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A master s degree or equivalent advanced education is a strong plus.
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years as a Technical or Senior Technical Program Manager.
- Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional technical projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong technical background in software development, cloud computing, AI/ML, etc.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar program management software.
Core Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in complex, ambiguous scenarios.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact results.
- Experience in fostering collaboration across diverse teams and managing conflicting priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry-specific experience in ASW, healthcare technology, etc.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent program management certifications.
