We are currently looking for a Grounds Operator to join the Quail West team!

One of Southwest Florida’s most welcoming clubs, Quail West’s courses, facilities and services are shared by a limited number of members to enhance the quality of the member experience.
Summary:
Will exhibit proficiency in all tasks associated with the daily care and maintenance of a private upscale community. Will perform all tasks as outlined for Operator level 1.
- This is a Full-Time position
- Pay rate: $18.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm ( 1 weekend a month)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Have experience with or be able to use the following pieces of equipment:
- Push mower
- Riding mower
- Line trimmer
- Stick edger
- Blower
- Hedge trimmer
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exhibit professionalism and leadership qualities through own self-actions.
- Must be compliant with and actively support a drug free workplace.
- Comply with all rules and regulations as stated whether verbal or written.
- Will energetically support all training activities with this department to ensure consistency throughout grounds operation.
- Will perform all duties of Operator 1 with excellence but not be limited to these tasks.
- Will perform all duties in a safe operating manner while wearing all required safety equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
