π NOW HIRING: Production Supervisor - Evening Shift (Full-Time)
π Location: Eldon, MO
π Hours: Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM (4x10s)
π Weekends Off: Friday - Sunday (Unless additional hours are required)
πΌ What You'll Be Doing
As our Evening Shift Production Supervisor, you'll take the lead in ensuring our production operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be hands-on - coaching teams, improving processes, solving problems, and making sure quality stays top-notch.
π§ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

π Plan, prioritize, and monitor production schedules and workflow.

π₯ Lead and organize your team, balancing efficiency with employee development.

π οΈ Troubleshoot issues with tools, materials, or manpower.

π Track KPIs like on-time completion, drops per labor hour, and productivity.

π Generate daily reports and provide insight to leadership.

π― Identify and correct variances in quality, cost, or inventory.

π£ Communicate staffing needs and assignments effectively.

π¬ Handle employee concerns with professionalism and fairness.

β Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness standards are always met.

π‘ Participate in interviews, hiring, training, and performance management.

π Back up the Building Manager as needed.

β Qualifications:

πΌ 3 years in manufacturing

π₯ 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred)

π High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred

π» Comfortable with Microsoft Office & basic reporting

π‘ Working knowledge of production operations and process improvement
