🏭 NOW HIRING: Production Supervisor - Evening Shift (Full-Time)

📍 Location: Eldon, MO
🕓 Hours: Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM (4x10s)
🛑 Weekends Off: Friday - Sunday (Unless additional hours are required)

💼 What You'll Be Doing

As our Evening Shift Production Supervisor, you'll take the lead in ensuring our production operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be hands-on - coaching teams, improving processes, solving problems, and making sure quality stays top-notch.

🔧 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• 📅 Plan, prioritize, and monitor production schedules and workflow.

• 👥 Lead and organize your team, balancing efficiency with employee development.

• 🛠️ Troubleshoot issues with tools, materials, or manpower.

• 📈 Track KPIs like on-time completion, drops per labor hour, and productivity.

• 📊 Generate daily reports and provide insight to leadership.

• 🎯 Identify and correct variances in quality, cost, or inventory.

• 📣 Communicate staffing needs and assignments effectively.

• 💬 Handle employee concerns with professionalism and fairness.

• ✅ Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness standards are always met.

• 💡 Participate in interviews, hiring, training, and performance management.

• 🔁 Back up the Building Manager as needed.

✅ Qualifications:

• 💼 3 years in manufacturing

• 👥 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred)

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred

• 💻 Comfortable with Microsoft Office & basic reporting

• 💡 Working knowledge of production operations and process improvement
