Role Overview: You will direct the development and execution of strategic sales plans that aim to expand our market share and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed our revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition & Partnerships: Deliver effective demonstrations and presentations to HR leaders, showcasing the benefits of Talent Insights.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with our team to ensure our product aligns with market trends and client needs.
- Revenue Growth & Account Expansion: Work with the Client Success Manager to explore upselling opportunities and deepen product penetration.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Regularly provide sales forecasts and market insights, adjusting strategies as needed to respond to market dynamics.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in HR technology or SaaS, with a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledgeable: You possess a deep understanding of talent assessments and HR technology.
- Communicative: You are skilled in presenting ideas and engaging with senior-level executives.
- Adaptable: You can swiftly adjust strategies to fit changing market conditions.
