Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Continuous Improvement / Process Manager to lead process optimization, reliability, and performance across a growing manufacturing operation. This role is vital to the success of ongoing and future investments in process improvement, automation, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve processes to enhance performance and reliability
- Research, develop, and implement new processes and technologies
- Track, analyze, and report on process performance metrics
- Develop and manage maintenance plans and performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety plans and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of leadership and engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Effective project management abilities and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to influence teams and foster collaboration
Work Environment:
The operation spans over 100,000 square feet and includes large-scale fabric and film treatment, web handling, multiple printing technologies, slitting, packing, and labeling.
