What we are looking for:
Call Center Sales Professionals to work our hours of operation of 1PM-3AM and field inbound calls with customers regarding mobile devices and plans. Professionals with the ability to close the sale through demonstrating features and benefits of our products and services.

- Meet and exceed Sales expectations
- Highly driven to reach the incentives.
- Be energized and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and fun environment
- Care for your customers, by servicing existing accounts, finding out additional needs, and placing orders for any desired services or products
- Maintain composure in challenging situations and employ a diplomatic approach to achieve effective resolution.
Please note in this position you must be able to work on-site at 1003 Broad St Johnstown, PA 15906
- Competitive wages: $30,139.20 - $33,862.40 salary (base potential incentive)
- The average team member earns $600 a month incentive in addition to their hourly wages.

What skills you will need:
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Previous sales/customer service experience required
- One year of call center experience strongly preferred
- Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
- Ability to multi-task efficiently between multiple computer applications
- Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Manages emotions and maintains positive energy
- Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
