Required Skills :
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Internet resourcefulness; Ability to research and quickly become an expert in a variety of subjects.
- Intermediate skill level with MS Word, MS Publisher, or other deskside publishing applications
- Six months or more related customer service or administrative professional experience
- Ability to type 35 WPM
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Ability to deliver on all customer requests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Interest in the travel, dining, and entertainment industry.
- Booking Domestic and / or International travel
Work@Home Environmental Requirements :
It is your responsibility to ensure that your work environment aligns with the outlined below :
A dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from noises that could be distracting to the employee or clients, such as :
- Children, family members, friends, and neighbors
- Pets and pet distractions
- Television and Radio
- Outdoor activities
- The environment cannot be in a location that is recorded by video or audio at any time - unless required by Qualfon.
- The environment must be in a location where screens face away from all windows and cannot be viewed outside of the home, or outside of the room.
The work environment should be in a closed space surrounded by walls and all doors closed as needed.
Depending on the client supported, there may be additional environmental requirements.
Preferred Experience :
- College degree completed or in process of being completed
- Domestic and international geography knowledge
- Setting up entertainment experiences or activities
Technical & System Requirements :
- You will be provided a computer
- High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no WI-FI, Satellite or Hot spot
- Upload speed of 3 Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps
- The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
- Latency under 100ms.
- All Hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device.
