What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Deal Desk Analyst position at Qualia?

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will be a point person on the Deal Desk team. You will help support the Go-to-Market and Customer Success organizations with opportunity management and revenue bookings, contract review, and billing / order management. You will ensure all Salesforce and customer data is validated and accurate with Qualia's financial standards and policies. This individual is a subject matter expert for product and pricing, deal strategy, and is a trusted advisor to Revenue Operations and GTM teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for ensuring each deal is structured and processed in line with the company policies and confirming all deals are closed with the appropriate information
- Train and enable the Sales Team of Qualia's processes and policies to ensure enablement, efficiency, scale, and maximum revenue generation while adhering to our financial and compliance policies
- Manage the booking process and ensure incoming Salesforce Quotes and subscriptions are accurate, including but not limited to confirming contact and billing information, discounting, non-standard terms, and custom billing schedules
- Identify recurring issues to improve the overall revenue process and provide recommendations and / or solutions on processes and system improvements
- Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on non-standard deal constructs, special pricing, operations, approval policies, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams including CS, Finance, and Legal to resolve deal issues on behalf of sales
- Effectively manage and work through end-of-month and end-of-quarter volumes
- Complete ad hoc projects and analysis as required
