Needed ASAP, Lees Summit. We are preparing for some possible overnight shifts. Currently, we're running 8p-12am, but we may need overnight into the morning. And some weekend shifts as well. We will need multiple people to help cover, but we want CONSISTENCY throughout. Rotating the same persons for care. Nice lady, needing assistance for restroom, housework, and companionship. Good organizational skills to help with some projects. She will need assistance with all transfers.
Clients join our family on any given day. We strive to give our clients consistency with the same Assistant, so that both the Client and Assistant can form their own relationship and routine. To their needs and your own work-life balance. With all of that said, we are asking for your commitment to the schedule when working with your client. We want them relieved to see a familiar face and we hope our Care Assistants feel a sense of PRIDE in giving this family consistency!
