Job Summary :
Qualified Health is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager consultant to drive cross-functional execution, ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical programs. This role requires strong technical acumen, program execution expertise, and a deep understanding of software development lifecycles. You will develop program roadmaps, track risks, optimize processes, and collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional execution across multiple technical projects / workstreams.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and technical dependencies.
- Track and report program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage program budget, resource allocation, and technical trade-offs.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements and automation.
- Facilitate alignment between engineering, product, and business teams.
- Run program-level meetings such as Sprint Planning, Standups, and Retrospectives.
- Maintain technical program documentation, including architecture dependencies and key milestones.
- Identify and resolve cross-team blockers and bottlenecks.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks across engineering workstreams.
- Track sprint-level risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Drive coordination of bug identification, prioritization, and resolution.
- Work closely with engineering leadership to track team capacity and resource allocation.
- Identify technical constraints and manage workload distribution across teams.
